Your briefing

Piggi follows public information about the competitors you choose and emails you a briefing. It explains what was found, what the evidence suggests, why it matters and what to watch next, with sources. Both plans use the same depth of research and analysis. The weekly plan also includes an online briefing archive.

Provide your company name, the correct competitor website and a delivery address you are authorised to use. Pricing applies per competitor. Briefings are sent to one delivery address. You may share your briefings inside your organisation; please do not republish or resell them.

Plans and payment

Monthly briefing costs $129 per competitor, per month. Weekly briefing costs $179 per competitor, per month. Both are billed monthly. $179 is the full monthly price per competitor for weekly delivery.

Checkout shows applicable taxes, total and next payment date before you pay. Your subscription renews monthly until cancelled.

Getting started and delivery

We spend the first week establishing a baseline of your competitor’s activity. We add an extra week to your first month at no charge, so setup doesn’t cut into your paid service. Checkout and your confirmation show the payment schedule that applies to your subscription. If your next payment date changes, we will confirm the revised date.

Your confirmation states when to expect the first briefing and the delivery schedule you selected. If the evidence supports no new conclusion, your scheduled briefing will say so and explain what was checked.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancel an individual competitor or all competitors from your account billing controls. Cancellation stops future renewals for the competitors selected; any remaining competitors continue at their applicable monthly rate. Unless the first payment is refunded, briefings and weekly archive access for each cancelled competitor continue until its paid period ends, then stop.

If you cancel a competitor before its first briefing is delivered, we will refund the first payment for that competitor and end its paid access. If delivery status is uncertain, we will review it before confirming eligibility. Briefing preparation and delivery for that competitor may pause during this review; archive access continues through the paid period unless a refund ends that access. After a briefing has been delivered for that competitor, we do not automatically prorate unused time. If Piggi makes a billing error or cannot provide a paid briefing, contact info@piggi.ca; we will correct the problem or refund the unfulfilled service. This does not limit rights that applicable law gives you.

If Piggi ever winds down the service, we’ll give you at least 30 days notice.

Optional competitor history download

When cancelling, you can choose to buy a download of collected history for a competitor. This is optional: you can cancel without buying it. The download includes available briefings, findings, evidence references and the collected timeline. Retained webpage captures are included only where redistribution is permitted, subject to availability and source permissions.

Pricing is per competitor, based on completed months of collected data: $33.25 per month for the first 11 months; $399 for 12–13 months; $798 for 14–25 months; and $1,197 for 26–37 months. Each further 12-month band adds $399. Days without successful collection are excluded, and checking several sources on the same day does not count as several collection days. The quote shows the collected period, included material, price and any applicable taxes before purchase.

A history purchase does not restart monitoring or extend online archive access. It is for use within your organisation; third-party source rights still apply. The purchase offer will state the download availability period.

Evidence and interpretation

A finding describes the evidence; an interpretation explains what it suggests. Public sources can change and new evidence can change the picture. Piggi does not guarantee a particular discovery or a competitor’s future actions. You decide how to use a briefing in your business.

If you spot an error, send the relevant briefing and source to info@piggi.ca so it can be investigated and corrected.

Responsible use

Use Piggi for lawful business research. Do not use it to target private individuals, submit information you are not authorised to share, or interfere with the service. Piggi may suspend service for abuse or non-payment and will explain the reason where practicable.

Changes

We will tell you before a material price or service change affects your next renewal, so you can decide whether to continue. The price and terms shown when you paid apply to that paid period.
